Beaujolais Nouveau 2013

26.09.2013
The grape harvest started on the Tuesday 24th of September in the early ripening areas.
Due to favourable weather conditions, the vines are continuing to ripen harmoniously and the majority of the winegrowers will begin harvesting in the coming week.
We notice that the yields are normal, in any case superior to last year when the yields were particularly small.
The skins are thick, the berries have a pretty fruity style and a good balance of acidity.
Therefore the calendar is very tight this year, with the average date of the harvest, the time required for vinification and then shipping.

We will put everything in place in the selection and ageing without concession to ensure the quality of the wines.
